Quality Body Shop

I took my Mini Cooper in for some very minor work. The job was done that day at a significantly lower cost than I was prepared for. All of the employees I talked to were very helpful and forthcoming. I will definitely go back if I ever need to.

Took my dirty ’93 GMC Jimmy to Quality with a banged in driver’s side door. What I got back was a sparkling, looking near brand new truck ! I could not believe it was the same truck I dropped off a week earlier ! Larry & Rickie have repaired all of our cars, old & new, each time with outstanding, always better than expected results.

This place is excellent. Rickey really took care of my BMW. Not only was he friendly, he explained everything that needed to be done to my car to make it look brand new. He worked with the estimate that the insurance company gave and even got the car back to me in one week, as promised. When I went to pick up the car, it looked brand new and had been cleaned, inside and out. I would definitely go back to Quality Body in the future (if needed).

When it comes to a body shop, only two things matter:

1. Quality
2. Honesty

This family-owned shop has been serving Austin for more than three decades and with good reason: they’re great at what they do, especially those two most important things.

You might find prettier looking body shops or less expensive ones, but if you care about the quality of the repairs and want to make sure you’re not ripped off you’ve found the place to go.

 I have used Quality several times since the 80s, fortunately only once for collision repair.   I am a car guy, and have owned several modern and vintage BMWs and Porsches, and wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.  
I just had them repair some rust damage on my old 911.   Rickie and Larry were both candid in their assessment, and cautioned me against spending more money than I should on the car.    I was able to visit and watch as Robert repaired the rust with new metal.  My car was also a bit of a patchwork of old and older paint that didn’t quite match at some seams, and without painting the whole car, they were able to match the color perfectly and make it beautiful.  It might take a little longer than one of the fast-food style collision centers, but for me the results speak for themselves.   Thanks guys, and while I hope I don’t need your services very often, I sure am glad you are here!
